Partner Code of Conduct
To maintain a Verified Pro status on Mistryo, all partners must adhere to the following guidelines.
1. Professionalism
- Always reach the customer's location on time.
- Communicate politely and clearly about the issue and pricing.
- Clean up the workspace after completing the job.
2. Pricing & Transparency
- Do not overcharge customers. Stick to market standards.
- Inform the customer about any spare part costs before installation.
- Provide a receipt or clear breakdown of charges if asked.
3. Safety & Verification
- Carry your ID proof when visiting a customer's home.
- Do not share customer phone numbers with third parties.
- Any report of misconduct will lead to immediate permanent ban.
Note: Mistryo reserves the right to remove any partner who violates these terms without refund of subscription fees.
