Welcome to Mistryo. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Platform Role

Mistryo acts solely as a marketplace connecting customers with independent service professionals ("Technicians"). We do not employ these technicians and are not responsible for the quality of service provided by them.

2. For Customers

• You agree to negotiate prices directly with the technician before work begins.
• Mistryo is not liable for any damages, theft, or disputes arising from the service.
• We recommend verifying the technician's ID physically before allowing entry into your home.

3. For Technicians

• You must provide accurate information about your skills and experience.
• Any fraudulent activity or report of misconduct will lead to an immediate ban.
• "Verified Pro" status is a paid subscription for visibility and does not guarantee a specific number of leads.

4. Payments

Mistryo does not charge commissions on jobs. Customers pay technicians directly via cash or UPI. Mistryo only charges technicians for optional subscription plans (Verified Pro) to improve profile visibility.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mistryo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.
