Mistryo offers "Verified Pro" subscription plans (Monthly/Yearly) for technicians to enhance their profile visibility. These payments are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.
Technicians can cancel their auto-renewal at any time from their Dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to enjoy Verified benefits until the cycle ends.
Refunds are only processed in the following specific cases:
In such cases, please contact support@mistryo.com with your transaction details. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
Mistryo does not hold money for services rendered. Customers pay technicians directly. Therefore, Mistryo cannot process refunds for service-related disputes between customers and technicians.
